His postgraduate training includes his internship served at Lemuel Shattuck Hospital in Boston, MA (1985-1989), as well as his ophthalmology residency (1986-1989) and retina fellowship (1989-1990) conducted at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary/ Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA.
