A 1985-graduate of the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Wayne I. Larrison, MD, FACS, is also an inductee of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. His postgraduate training includes his internship served at Lemuel Shattuck Hospital in Boston, MA (1985-1989), as well as his ophthalmology residency (1986-1989) and retina fellowship (1989-1990) conducted at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary/ Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. Dr. Larrison completed his undergraduate education and induction into Phi Beta Kappa Society at the Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science New York, NY. He attained board certification in ophthalmology with the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Furthermore, he is an active member of the Connecticut Society of Eye Physicians, the American Society of Retina Specialists, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
